Manifestation

We've all had moments where we wanted to manifest something in our lives.  While the particular "manifestation" term is relatively new, the notion of bringing what we want into our lives is ancient.  Aladdin's magic lamp, genies, wishing upon a shooting star, fairy godmothers, blowing out birthday candles, throwing a coin into a pool of water, prayers, and various rituals have all been used to ask for our wishes to be granted.  And how many of us have used one or more of those methods to have our wishes granted, only to end up frustrated?

When a book called The Secret came out, I thought perhaps someone had finally cracked the code for how to manifest what we want in life.  I read that book cover to cover, and followed those instructions.  I did the visualizations, created the vision boards, meditated on how it would feel to have my wishes come true, all of it.  To no avail.  I'd just about given up on the whole idea as being just one more childish notion, when I learned about the class being taught at Transform Destiny called The Power To Manifest, Now

The Power To Manifest, Now

This was the class I'd been looking for.  And I'll say right up front, it works.  First, the class talks about six different laws for how the universe works, and how those laws impact our ability to have what we want.  The Secret talked extensively about The Law Of Attraction and how to use it to get what we want.  Unfortunately, that's only one of the six laws which shape what we can and cannot manifest in our lives.  The other five have their own roles to play in what we manifest for ourselves, every day of our lives.

What This Class Covers

The class goes over a variety of topics:

  • It names and discusses each of the six laws, and how they impact our lives individually and together.
  • The class also talks about a concept called alignment, which simply means that our wish or desire has to align with our existing beliefs, values and identities.  If one or more of those conflict or contradict our wish or desire, we'll never be able to achieve it simply because our subconscious will ensure we sabotage our efforts to reach it.
  • Another topic the class talks about is the difference between living at cause, and living at effect.  These are both new concepts to many people.  They are at the heart of many (most!) of the issues we have and the frustrations we encounter in life.  When we are living at effect, we are essentially letting the universe toss us around like a rag doll.  When we are living at cause, we are in full control of our lives and how we react to various daily events.  Making that switch, from living at effect to living at cause, is how we "throw the switch" from simply accepting whatever life tosses us, to going out and getting what we want.

How It Worked For Me

I can say from personal experience that living at the receiving end of whatever life dishes out is an extremely frustrating situation.  I've been that rag doll many times, and I remember how it felt to be pulled around from one event or situation to the next, without any feeling of control or direction. It's a crummy way to live.

I can also say from experience that, once I identified and resolve those places where my beliefs, values and identities conflicted with my goals, suddenly things got a lot easier to accomplish.  I was able to achieve a variety of goals that had previously eluded me (sometimes for decades!)

Finally, I will say that this process of identifying misalignment, determining how we're living at effect in a certain situation and then taking action to change things, is immensely liberating.  It is also a lifelong activity.  Once I started making changes in one or two areas of life, I realized that I had misalignments in other areas of life as well.  I'm still finding ways to remove those obstacles, bring those beliefs, values and identities into alignment, and apply the six laws to new goals.  The good news is, once we've figured out that recipe, life gets so much easier.  When our goals are in alignment with our beliefs, values and identities, and when we're following all six laws of the universe, we no longer need Aladdin's lamp or a fairy godmother to achieve our dreams.  We can manifest whatever we want.

How You Can Succeed Too

You've surely seen a product you wanted, and noticed the label that said "some assembly required".  The same is true for this.  No one can simply grant your wish to you with a magic wand.  If we're serious about our goals and dreams, we need to assemble them for ourselves.  That's living at cause.  The good news is, The Power To Manifest Now class will teach us how to make sure that we have all the pieces we need, and we assemble everything in the right way, so that our wishes will come true.  It certainly sounds like a fairy tale.  But if you're willing to put in the effort to get what you want, this class will show you how to apply that effort to really achieve it.  I encourage you to check out the class and experience for yourself the power to grant your own wishes.
